- Custom design services are included with product orders, and client-supplied artwork may also be used.
- Artwork that is not print-ready may require adjustments or additional design work.
- Designs are created based on the written details submitted with your order. Clients are responsible for providing clear and complete design direction before design work begins.
- Inspiration images may be used as references for overall style, layout, color, or direction. Emprinted will not copy, trace, reproduce, or closely replicate another artist’s or designer’s original work.
- Three rounds of standard design revisions are included per order.
- One revision round consists of one consolidated set of requested changes submitted at one time.
- Additional standard revision rounds are $10 each.
- Two custom illustrations are included per order.
- Additional custom illustrations and redraws are $10 each.
- Minor revisions to an existing custom illustration are $5 per round.
- Product colors, imprint colors, printable areas, and customization options vary by product and vendor. If a requested option is unavailable, an alternative may be presented for approval before production.
Policies

- Proofs are provided in two stages:
- Initial digital proofs are used to review and revise the overall design. Three rounds of design revisions are included.
- Final pre-production proofs are intended as an accuracy check, not an additional design round. Design changes requested at the final-proof stage may incur an additional revision fee and will delay production.
- Please review all proofs carefully for spelling, dates, wording, colors, imagery, product selections, quantities, and other order details. Final proof approval confirms these details are correct and authorizes production.
- Emprinted is not responsible for errors or inaccuracies approved by the client and subsequently printed.
- Custom hats are produced in-house and do not receive a separate vendor pre-production proof. The approved digital design proof serves as the final proof and authorizes Emprinted to order materials and begin production.
- Changes requested after approval may require replacement materials, additional fees, and/or additional production time.
- A six-week lead time is recommended. Orders requested within three weeks of the event are subject to availability and a $50 rush production fee.
- Production time varies by product and quantity but generally ranges from 1–3.5 weeks after final proof approval. Shipping time is not included.
- Matchboxes require extended production and transit times and must ship via surface transport only. Expedited shipping is not available.
- Emprinted cannot guarantee deadlines that were not disclosed before production.
- Once an order is in production, updates will be provided as available. Because some orders are produced through outside vendors, additional status information may not be available before shipment.
- Full payment is required before design work and production can begin.
- Payment confirms your order and authorizes Emprinted to begin custom design work and purchase any products or materials required for your order.
- Orders will not ship until the separate shipping request has been fulfilled.
- If an order is canceled after design work has begun but before production, a $50 design fee will be deducted from the refund.
- Any products, blanks, materials, or other order-specific items already purchased are non-refundable.
- Final proof approval authorizes Emprinted to proceed with production. Changes or cancellations requested after approval cannot be guaranteed.
- Once an order has entered production, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or modified.
- An order is considered in production once it has been submitted to a vendor, printer, production partner, or otherwise entered into the customization process.
- Any order concerns must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
- Verified order issues will be reviewed and may be resolved with a partial refund, replacement, or remake when appropriate.
- Shipping costs are calculated separately and are not included in the initial quote.
- Shipping and delivery timelines are estimates only. Emprinted is not responsible for carrier delays, weather, transit interruptions, or other circumstances outside of our control.
- If a package is lost or damaged in transit, Emprinted will assist with any available carrier or vendor claim. Replacement or reimbursement is subject to the carrier or vendor’s determination and applicable shipping coverage.
- Once a package has been accepted by the carrier, Emprinted has access to the same tracking information provided to the client.
- Minor surface wear, handling marks, and slight imperfections may occur during bulk production or shipping and are not considered defects, especially on matte, frosted, neoprene, and soft-touch materials.
- Printing methods vary by product, material, artwork, quantity, imprint colors, and vendor requirements.
- One-color designs are generally screen printed when available. Full-color designs may use DTF, UV DTF, sublimation, digital printing, or another appropriate method.
- Printing methods may create different finishes or textures, including a more noticeable transfer or raised feel.
- If you require or wish to avoid a specific printing method, this must be communicated before ordering.
- Fine lines, intricate details, and delicate artwork may experience slight softening, shifting, or breaks and are considered normal production variations.
- Slight color differences between digital proofs and finished products are normal. Color may vary by material, printing method, lighting, ink absorption, and screen settings.
- Exact color matching across different products, materials, or separate production runs cannot be guaranteed.
