ORDERING

1. Submit Your Inquiry

Fill out the order inquiry form, email, or DM me with your event details, product type, quantities, sizes, imprint choice (one or full color and single or double-sided), and any inspiration photos or ideas you have in mind.

The more information you provide, the smoother the process and easier it is for us to create exactly what you're envisioning!

2. Receive Your Quote

Once your request is submitted, you'll receive a custom quote based on:

  • Product type

  • Product size

  • Quantity

  • Print Style (One-Color vs Full-Color, Single-Sided vs Double-Sided)

Quotes are typically sent the same day

3. Design & Artwork

After approving your quote, you'll send the full amount to the provided account. After payment is received, we'll begin design work based off inspo and details you provide.

You'll receive multiple digital proofs for approval and one final pre-printing proof.​ Every order includes custom design with unlimited revisions. If custom illustrations, 2 complimentary revisions and $5 per revision after that. 

4. Production

Once the design is approved, your order will move into production. Production timelines vary depending on the product but are typically anywhere from 1.5-3 weeks.

Rush orders may be available upon request for an upcharge. 

5. Delivery or Pickup

​Orders can be picked up locally in Mandeville or delivered for a $10 flat fee (Northshore area only). Shipping is also available. ​

​

Shipping fees are calculated after your products are finished printing. The cost will be sent to you separately, and orders will ship once the payment is fulfilled. Tracking information will be provided for shipped orders.

Color Variation Disclaimer

All digital proofs are viewed on backlit screens (RGB), while final products are printed using CMYK ink on physical materials. Because of this difference, slight color variation between digital proofs and printed items is normal and expected.

 

Color appearance may also vary based on material type (fabric vs. plastic vs. paper), ink absorption, lighting conditions, and individual screen settings. Exact color matching across different substrates cannot be guaranteed.

 

By approving your proof, you acknowledge and accept the potential for minor color variation in the final product.
